I had an excellent experience at Platinum Wheels and Tires. From the moment I walked in, everyone was friendly, professional, and willing to help. They took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me pick out the perfect wheels, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They installed the new wheels on my silver 2015 Toyota Tacoma, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. The truck looks incredible, and the quality of the installation is top-notch. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to the details. Their prices were fair, the service was fast, and the customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you’re looking for a trustworthy shop that does quality work and treats customers right, I highly recommend Platinum Wheels and Tires. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future wheel and tire needs. Thank you again for the amazing job!

I just wanted to share my experience with this wheel and tire store I have bought my set up from them 2 days ago. They have a very nice showroom with a lot of wheels to choose from. Very nice modern styles and very helpful team that worked with me and helped me choose the right set up for my Ford pickup truck. Thank you Stefan , i will do business again with your store.

Far better price around than anyone around hickory and mooresville quoted me, so it was worth the drive to CLT. Even had what I wanted in stock.

Purchased a wheel set from them. Stefan was super chill and informative about my install. He was the only one in the shop that day and 1 manned the whole job from the sales point all the way to the install. Even showed me that I had a screw in my brand new tires that I purchased just a week before. They're inventory and prices cannot be matched. Will be going back for sure!
